The Flights shown are ATOL protected by Civil Aviation Authority. Cubaism Ltd is acting as a retail agent for Caribjet Ltd, ATOL 4037. Your booking is subject to Caribjet Ltd terms and conditions which are stated below:
TRANS ATLANTIC WINGS is a trading name of CARIBJET LTD. These booking conditions govern all bookings made with TRANS ATLANTIC WINGS. No contract between you and the Company shall come into effect until the Company accepts full payment and issues a confirmation. |

| Payments |

| A non refundable deposit of £80.00 per person is required to secure a booking. Acceptance of a deposit does not imply acceptance of a booking. Balance of payment is normally required 8weeks prior to departure but in the case of special offers, charter flights and normal published fares, full payment is required at the time of booking. In default of payment, TRANS ALTANTIC WINGS and its principals reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy a cancellation charge which may be 100%. Until full payment is made, the Company reserves the right to pass on any additional charges imposed by the airlines due to increases in fuel surcharges or fares - however, every endeavour will be made to advise you in advance to give you the opportunity to complete your payments. The Company reserves the right to pass on any charges incurred from returned cheques or credit card charge backs. The company reserves the right to charge you in addition for any credit card handling fees (normally between 2-4%) and you will be notified of this at the time of booking. For all credit card transactions, the Company requires a fax copy of a utility bill stating the name and address of the card holder. Where payment is being made by a third party credit/debit card, written authorisation must be received from the card holder before tickets or other documents are issued. Please note that documents will only be sent to the address of the cardholder. |

IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES A 100% CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY AT TIME OF BOOKING AND THIS WILL BE STATED ON YOUR CONFIRMATION INVOICE.
Amendments to non ticketed bookings will incur a charge of £40.00 for each ticket. After ticket issuance there is a penalty of £200.00 per ticket minimum. In some instances, tickets are non changeable, non refundable and definitely non transferrable, and this will be advised at the time of booking. No name changes are permitted.
You are strongly advised to take adequate travel insurance against cancellation charges, airline delays, missed or delayed departures/baggage, medical expenses, personal accident/liability, legal expenses and so on. The Company cannot be held responsible for any cancellations made by the airlines and will not accept responsibility for hotel accommodation, ground arrangements, meals or telephone calls.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that all those persons travelling are in possession of the correct travel documents and visas for the required destination. |

| Documents |

| The Company will endeavour to send all travel documents 14days or more prior to departure by FIRST CLASS post at the clients own risk. Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery can be arranged at an additional charge . If tickets are lost in the post and a new set required you may have to pay to have these again to be reissued and fill out a form of indemnity to claim your monies, which could take up to six months. The form of indemnity is also subject to an administration fee of £95.00 per ticket. |
